Per the Httpclient library, isRepeatable:

* can be called more than once whereas a non-repeatable entity's can not.
* @return true if the entity is repeatable, false otherwise.

The current decompressing entities do not respect this and will create a new
GZIPInputStream/DeflateInputStream every time even if the wrappedEntity is not
repeatable.
