What would it take to remove the 38 files in {{lang}} folder? Does the
{{_default}} config need example config for 30 languages? There could be
another config set "multilingual" that includes these, include langid guessing
by default in update chain etc, and keep the main default config pure english.
The schema would be soooo much easier to read.
