Patch that adds randomization everywhere. This is close to done.
There is one nocommit: {{testFloatPointFieldRangeFacet()}} fails on a
{{docValues="true"}} field with {{facet.range.method=dv}}, but not with the
default method using the exact same documents and query. None of the other
{{test\{Double,Long,Int\}PointFieldRangeFacet()}} tests fail in this way. I'll
investigate more next week.
