I've committed changes to various READMEs and example config files.
There are several remaining .java files with outdated "cwiki.apache.org" URLs,
but changing these cause precommit to fail because they break the rule in
{{dev-tools/checkJavadocLinks.py}} that doesn't allow URLs starting with
"lucene.apache.org" to be in javadocs. I'll file another issue to figure out
what to do about that.
