[~shalinmangar] It's not actually fix the problem, but It mades the test hardly 
to fail. 

The test get failed when requestVersions response contain a new update that not 
present in replica recentUpdates ( in the above example, this is update 9). 
Therefore by putting a sleep between requestVersions and get recentUpdates, we 
will make sure that update 9 will present in replica's recentUpdates.
