{{AutoScalingHandler}} automatically creates a {{SystemLogListener}}
configuration for newly added triggers - however, it uses a fixed name that is
not specific to the trigger name. As a result if more than one trigger is added
the new listener configuration will overwrite the one for the previously added
trigger.
