bq. Since validate-maven-artifacts needs only artifact:install, and not
artifact:deploy, I'm thinking we could add an m2-install macro to be used
instead.
The attached patch [^SOLR-11181-fix-validate-maven-dependencies.patch] does
this, and works for me. I'll commit shortly, and then we'll see in a day or so
if Jenkins likes it too.
