We have seen in SOLR-11313, SOLR-11315 and SOLR-11348, bugs keep creeping into
the Solr examples and are not caught until after a release or if we're lucky by
chance in some release candidate.
We should add unit tests or smoke tests that
* spins up Solr with all examples in turn, check for success
* for example requiring manual steps such as feeding data, also test that
* fail fast on missing libraries
* should ideally also fail if any WARN in logs during normal use cases
