LUCENE-7951 added Geo3d support to spatial-extas. Solr can leverage this
directly thanks to reflection based construction in Spatial4j but we can do
better:
* {{spatialContextFactory="geo3d"}} -- a convenience for
org.apache.lucene.spatial.spatial4j.Geo3dSpatialContextFactory
* test
* documentation
