This ticket is to change the three occurrences of
{{<luceneMatchVersion>6.0.0</luceneMatchVersion>}} in {{solr/contrib/ltr}} to
{{<luceneMatchVersion>$\{tests.luceneMatchVersion:LATEST\}</luceneMatchVersion>}}
including testing that all the tests still pass.
