[~anshumg]: This issue is in CHANGES for 7.1 but it's still open and it doesn't
look like the commits were backported, i.e., I don't see the backport commits
here and don't find
{{solr/core/src/java/org/apache/solr/handler/admin/HealthCheckHandler.java}} in
branch_7_1. Did it get into the 7.1 CHANGES by accident?
