Resolution: Incomplete
This is not an appropriate use of Solr's JIRA, we try to reserve the JIRA
system for code issues rather than usage questions.

When you raise question on the user's list, include pertinent details,
including the stack trace from Solr's log.
Likely in this case you have some syntax error in your solrconfig file. Again,
the log will show you additional details.
