When the config has no working dataimport handlers, clicking on the
"dataimport" tab for a core/collection shows an error message that states
"Sorry, no dataimport-handler defined". This is a little bit vague.
One idea for an improved message: "The solrconfig.xml file for this index does
not have an operational dataimport handler defined."
