Here is a patch adding the interface, and amending FunctionMatchQuery and
FunctionScoreQuery to delegate their getCacheHelper() methods to their wrapped
DoubleValuesSource. It also moves the static helper methods for DV queries and
combining multiple CacheHelpers away from Weight and onto SegmentCachable.
