First cut at a cleanup...
- cleanups, including fixing random formatting errors due to conversion
process
- fixed old style facet type specification x:{terms:{field:foo =>
x:{type:terms,field:foo
- changed page to json-facet-api and inserted next to json-request-api in
search section
Next I'll add some of the missing facet functions (hll, stddev, etc)
