SOLR-11711: Improved memory usage for distributed field and pivot facets.
Removed the FACET_DISTRIB_MCO option, since the behavior is now built in.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/HoustonPutman/lucene-solr
pivot_facet_memory_fix
