The current knn Streaming Expression performs a *more like this* search to find
nearest neighbors of a specific document. The ticket will rename the knn
Streaming Expression to knnSearch.
This ticket will also add a new knn Stream Evaluator that performs the
k-nearest neighbor algorithm on vectors.
