Summary: Solr REST test cases trips assertion error but doesn't
fail the test

While upgrading Jetty I found that the following three test cases trips an
assertion error but the test still passes
1. TestManagedStopFilterFactory
2. TestManagedSynonmFilterFactory
3. TestRestManager
For example when you run TestManagedSynonmFilterFactory you'll get this WARN in
the logs
