Cassandra Targett resolved SOLR-4846.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
There is likely some configuration missing from the description, but I can't
figure out what it might be - as stated, I can't reproduce this using Solr 7.2,
so resolving. Please reopen if more information can be provided.
