Attached a patch, I believe I addressed the above comments I did switch to
using LocalSolrRequest, but that did not alleviate the need for the v2-v1 and
parseCollectionCreationProps changes because they get utilized in the _OP enum
to masage the incomming parameter before requests can be made. rather than in
the Cmd class where delegation to the Command infrastructure via
LocalSolrRequest happens.
Names should be mostly in sync with your changes in SOLR-11653, and I extracted
your collection creation code into createCollectionAndWait() and reused that
(which is how I picked up LocalSolrRequest :) ).
What's not in this patch is documentation, but I want to get this out where you
and others can look at it. Working on docs now, which could be added as an
independent patch if you want to commit this one.
