Hoss Man resolved SOLR-3218.

The only changes between the last patch and what i comitted was a one line
addition to the ref guide page on working with currencies to point out that
range faceting is supported as long as start & end are in the same currency.
Thanks to everyone who contributed to this patch over the years for helping to
see this to completion
