Thanks [~epugh] for noticing and following up on this!
Today I also had an "what is this admin-extra stuff?" confusion moment.
Attached patch is your October patch applied to current master branch (just one
small conflict) plus reference removal from core-specific-tools.adoc and
core-overview.js files too.
