[~dweiss]: The bad guy might be the Windows Search. After the upgrade to
Windows 10 build 1709 at end of last year it enabled itsself again (how stupid,
those automatic Windows Services that reconfdigure themselves all the time are
a pain). So maybe that was the issue here.
