We identified multiple issues in {{cdcr}} recently as Cdcr tests are written
separately / separate module than the other components and changing behavior in
one component affects Cdcr usage.
Here we try to introduce randomization of {{CdcrUpdateLog}} and {{UpdateLog}}
in underlying testframework to identify and fix components respectively.
