The value of {{autoReplicaFailoverWaitAfterExpiration}} is used as the
{{waitFor}} automatically when creating the {{.autoAddReplicas}} trigger. But
changes made to `autoReplicaFailoverWaitAfterExpiration` in solr.xml afterwords
is not reflected automatically in the autoAddReplicas autoscaling trigger
configuration.
