oh, what did I do! Attached patch with relevant changes. One single assertion
is failing in {{TestConfigSetsAPI}}, and had to set
{{DEFAULT_BASE_CONFIGSET_NAME}} as default in {{ConfigSetsHandler}} for now,
figuring out what am I missing. Will post final patch soon.
