Follow-up patch2:
- Thanks Ralph for pointing out the url structure. Patch merges and minor and
major versions again and updates the ref guide to reflect the correct url
structure ( untested )

- To keep the behaviour of SOLR_LOG_PRESTART_ROTATION constant ( one could turn
it off ) remove <OnStartupTriggeringPolicy /> from the default log4j2.xml (
tested manually )
