https://github.com/deeplearning4j/deeplearning4j/pull/4876 illustrates how
client code could have its own local {{DefaultStreamFactory}} and how it would
be more convenient though for solrj to provide one e.g. a supplied default
factory would automatically contain new streams as and when they are added.
