[~dsmiley] the aboveOp / belowOp are configurable but you would have to pass
additional parameters in the CREATE command, which is not yet supported (but it
wouldn't be difficult to add this support). For now the primary use case for
this trigger is to automatically split and merge shards as the index size grows
/ gets smaller.
