Have this lovely [^SOLR-12324.patch] for SOLR-12324 and SOLR-12325 with a
simple idea - "ord" value for block in case of numeric id is a numeric value
itself, for "parent filter" - global lucene id of parent.
Honestly speaking not sure about distributed stuff even if
{{BlockJoinFacetDistribTest}} seems to be fine. {{getValue()}} method for
{{SlotAcc}} which is unaware about "shrads" - is it OK in general?
