Here is a patch. It only does basic testing:
- newLiveDocs(int) returns a MutableBits instance that has all bits set
- newLiveDocs(Bits) performs a clone, ie. mutating the returned bits does not
mutate the bits that were passed to this method
- serializing then deserializing preserves set bits
