I created a new branch. And then discovered that I'd named it incorrectly
after I'd already pushed it. Now there's a correctly named "solr-6733" branch.
Most of the work I've done is on scripts, but I have created new modules. The
Main.java for the start module is taken straight from an http2 embedded example
and is likely nowhere near usable. The Main.java for the agent module is
untested and so far only implements one command.
