Not sure if this belongs here as it relates to the Guide rather than the code.
On the Spatial Search page in the section
[https://lucene.apache.org/solr/guide/7_3/spatial-search.html#jts-and-polygons-flat.]
It says to download the vividsolutions jts-core. However it is the
locationtech jts which is required, this can be found at
[http://central.maven.org/maven2/org/locationtech/jts/jts-core/1.15.0/.|http://central.maven.org/maven2/org/locationtech/jts/jts-core/1.15.0/]
