Can we close this? The pattern in the patch is the one used in
solr/server/resources/log4j2.xml. Over in SOLR-12008 I'm going to propose
nuking the config files in
./solr/example/resources/log4j2.xml
and
./solr/server/scripts/cloud-scripts/log4j2.xml
