Since solr 7.4.0 there is Metrics History which uses SOLRJ client to make http
requests to SOLR. But it doesnt work with AuthenticationPlugin. Since its
enabled by default, there are errors in log every time
{{MetricsHistoryHandler}} tries to collect data.
