Cassandra Targett resolved SOLR-12448.

This needed changes in a few places: not only did the collections API page say
it was for shard file systems only, the running-solr-on-hdfs.adoc page pointed
at the wrong place for more info on autoAddReplicas, and v2 API specs (used for
_introspect) repeated the same wrong information about shared FS only. They
should all be fixed now.
