Beasting passed with the fix I committed. I've opened SOLR-12610 to inject
failures during the synchronous forwarding step to cover this scenario.
I beasted the third failing test for this class testSplitMixedReplicaTypes a
couple 100 times. I peeked at some of the past failures and they were also due
to issues in handling tlog replica types which I fixed already.
I'll merge this to master but keep the issue open for a day or two.
