Pushed a change to move this functionality to a new separate
{{ZookeeperStatusHandler}} and map it to {{/admin/zookeeper/status}}.
Hope to commit this soon.
Do you think it will be confusion between the existing "Tree" view and this new
"Zookeeper" view, since the old "Tree" view shows *data* from Zookeeper, while
this new view shows monitoring and config about the Zookeeper ensemble. Perhaps
we should name the new menu "ZK status" instead?
