Description: Currently the *polyfit* Stream Evaluator returns the fitted
curve values only. This doesn't allow for predicting values along the curve or
extrapolating values. This ticket changes the *polyfit* function so it returns
a function that can be used by the *predict* Stream Evaluator. (was: Currently
