Okay; there are really a set of issues that are all related that together
comprise a new feature but alone are internal plumbing that may be confusing to
read by itself. That's my thinking on why these are in "Other". I could add a
new "New Features" item once we have a 7.5 feature freeze that summarizes the
net effect of the issues.
