Yep, you're right. I'm on {{Asciidoctor 1.5.7.1}}. I tried to find that version
requirement, but could not.
Is there no way to configure the rules for translating headers to ID's either?
Anyway - I won't commit this now. But perhaps we can consider to standardise on
the new version at some point?
