Simple overview of total changes:
* Removed date parsing functionality from "extract" contrib.
* Added "ignored\_\*" to the default schema
* Improved "extract" ref guide to not use the techproducts config at all.
Instead the default/schemaless is used.
[~ctargett] if you have time could you look at the ref guide portion of this
patch?
If I don't hear a thing I'll commit towards end of the week. It'll be good to
get this issue done.
