Here's how to read these JIRAs:
If the status is "fixed", then the "fix version" is accurate. So in this case
this was first fixed in 6.4 and 7.0. Every releases subsequent to those will
contain the fix, so 6.4.x, 6.5.x, 6.6.x 7.0.1, 7.x etc all have this fix.
Including 7.2.1
