Description:
The *oscillate* function predicts control points of a sine wave given
*amplitude*, *angular frequency* and *phase* parameters.
As part of this ticket the work on the *harmonicFit* Stream Evaluator will also
be finished to support sine wave curve fitting and extrapolation.
Implementation for *oscillate* and *harmonicFit* provided by Apache Commons Math
