I took a look at the code and I have some suggestions to avoid doing to many
changes:
- for 3x, do not rename RangeQueryNode to TermRangeQueryNode, just deprecate it
and document it saying it will change name in future (Uwe, can you confirm this
is the right procedure for class renaming?!).
- ParametricRangeQueryNode and AbstractRangeQueryNode have exactly the same
methods, why can't they share the a new common interface? I think this will
enable you to keep the same inheritance structure for RangeQueryNode, is that
correct?! I would name this new interface RangeQueryNode, if there was no such
class already. So I will let you pick any name for it ;)
I think it's a start, I haven't tried the changes, so I will let you(Vinicius)
play with it. Let us know if it helped or if you hit any new problems ;)
