Here's a patch implementing early termination. I modified the wikimedium
benchmark tasks to include a MatchAllDocsQuery, and got the following:

MatchAll 504.27 (12.8%) 17273.74 (375.3%) 3325.5% (2603% - 4260%){code}
Not too shabby :)
