Cassandra Targett resolved SOLR-13084.

Resolution: Duplicate
This is a duplicate of SOLR-13083 as far as I can tell, and that issue was
resolved as Invalid since this question really needs to be brought up in the
solr-user mailing list to determine if there is a bug.
Please review that prior issue, it has the information for how to subscribe to
the mailing list.
