I will remove the dependency to Guice so that the {{--add-options}} option can
be removed.
(I might be wrong..., but in my understanding Luke can safely use the
dependency injection framework without this special option if we modularize
Lucene in the Jigsaw's way and open only luke module to Guice, but it should
not be a viable option for now.)
If there are any other obstacles to merge the patch please point them out to
me. I will fix it following your review.
