There's no set schedule for fixing code in an open source project, it depends on
1> people valuing the functionality enough to step up and fix it by submitting
a patch
and
2> then getting a committer to push it into the repository.
So if this issue is valuable enough to you and/or your organization that you
are willing to work up a patch, please do so and attach it to this JIRA.
