Attachment: LUCENE-3381.patch
New patch that moves FuzzyLikeThisQuery into the sandbox. DuplicateFilter also
goes into the sandbox (incorrectly pushed to the queries module).
Everything passes and is ready to go.
I'll open an issue for the fixes to FuzzyLikeThisQuery.
